Centennial Diving is a 10 month program designed to teach a develop divers interested in competing at the novice, intermediate, high school, and Junior Olympic level.  We provide our divers with an individualized
approach to skill development and training in a positive and motivating team atmosphere.  Centennial Divers are encouraged to grow as competitors, team members, and team leaders.
USA Diving

The Centennial Diving program trains in two locations:

La Salle University and William Tennent High School.  Our primary facility includes two three meters and two one meter Maxiflex B boards on Durafirm stands, a one meter board with a porta pit and overhead spotting rig, trampoline, stretching mats, Tivo recording system, 1/2 meter platform, and a bubbler (sparaging system).
