Centennial Diving is a 10 month program designed to teach and develop divers interested in competing at the novice, intermediate, high school, and Junior Olympic level. We provide our divers with an individualized approach to skill development and training in a positive and motivating team atmosphere. Centennial divers are encouraged to grow as competitors, team members, and team leaders.

The new season registration information is ready! You will find group and practice information along with pricing for each group. Registration forms can be downloaded and mailed to the address listed at the bottom of the registration forms. Please read through all paperwork carefully and don't hesitate to contact Lisa Forlini by phone (215-313-5871) or email jlfswim@comcast.net if you have any further questions. All Centennial Aquatic Club groups for swimming and diving are designed for the most productive success for the athlete. Please send in your registration promptly to assure your swimmer or diver's place in the program. |

Crossfit Generation Training Sessions Training sessions with Crossfit this year will begin Tuesday, August 25th. Classes will be held from 4 -4:45 until the end of Oct. For the winter season, Barry and I will revisit the time to see what best works around the high school competition season. This is our third year working with Barry and Jocelyn in the Crossfit program. The success our US Swimmers and Divers have seen from committing to this program is amazing! This year athletes who wish to participate in the training sessions will sign up and pay in quarterly blocks. Please see the attached to forms, the trainer session registration form and the Crossfit waiver. Please fill out both forms and mail them in prior to the start of session #1. Space is limited. |

March 13-15th our Centennial Divers competed at the Spring Region 2 Championships in East Meadow, NY. In a total team effort, sixteen athletes contributed to their success individually and as a team. Eleven Centennial divers qualified to continue on to the East National Championships to be held in Knoxville, Tennessee, April 2-5th. Centennial results are listed below.
