Spring Clinics
10 & under USS

For the first time ever, we are hosting a 10 & under USS spring clinic. With the success of our younger USS program this winter, we have found many parents are interested in continuing this level of instruction as a prep for summer swim season. This program will have a strong emphasis on stroke work. Any and all lap swimming will be based upon strong drill work. This program is for any athlete and parent who is looking to focus on a strong stoke foundation. At this age we believe it is important to learn proper stoke technique. This program is not based on talent level, but based on an ability to understand, and willingness to learn and apply those skills. For any further questions please contact Lisa Forlini.

11 & older USS

The CAC US Swimming clinic is offered in a full session (spring/summer) which runs April to end of July or half-sessions which run spring (Apr-early June) or summer (Early June- end of July). This program is for those athletes who are willing to commit to practice regularly. Athletes are expected to be able to handle training with a strong level of concentration, a strong focus and willingness to apply stroke technique, and a desire to train. This program is usually offered for swimmers in middle school through college age. Practices are offered Monday through Friday and are usually 2 to 2 1/2 hour sessions. These sessions combine a practice of dryland training and swimming. All athletes must be registered with US Swimming and meets will be offered for those interested. Space will be limited in this group and priority will be given to those athletes wanting a full session. For any further questions please contact Lisa Forlini.
