No refunds will be given after 2 weeks into a season/session; extenuating circumstances will be considered through a vote by the CAC board.
CAC is implementing a meet no-show, no call policy beginning the 2022/2023 season. Meet preparation takes hours and relies heavily on family commitment. When a family does not show up to a meet without warning, it is unfair to the team. We ask that you contact the head coach as soon as you know your athlete will not be able to make the meet. If there is no contact made within a half hour prior to the start of a meet, you will be given a warning via email. Upon the next no-show/no call absence there will be a fine. The team will charge the account credit card on file $25.
