SAL Pre Team Lessons-

Lessons will be offered from 5:30-6:15. There will be two sessions offered with seven classes in each session. The first session will last from April 15- April 30. The second session will last from May 1st- May 15th. You can choose to sign up for one session or both. Please make sure to indicate on the form which session you are choosing. Athletes will be grouped according to ability. There will always be a head coach, Karen Dean, there, as well as teachers in the water.

SAL Spring Clinic-

The clinic is designed for the swimmer to review all four competitive strokes. There will be emphasis placed on proper technique, drills, starts, and turns. Each week will focus upon a specific stroke (drills, starts, turns) and the final week will emphasize more swimming to prepare for summer swimming experience. We will be sending out emails each week detailing what we will be working on and who the head coach will be for the practices each night.

Practices will run every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6:15-7:30 form April 15th- May 17th. There is an exception with spring break, no Monday 4/22 and adding Tuesday, 4/23 instead.

HS Post Season-

This group is designed to challenge the athlete in training as well as to incorporate technique within the practices. All athletes are expected to attend regularly (at least 3 out of 4 practices per week) in order to understand the skills taught and the set intervals, there is an expectation of regular practice attendance. This group will consist of dryland, technique work, and swimming. Practices will be four days a week, Monday through Thursday. The session will run from April 8- May 30th. A separate email will be sent out to 8th grade parents. 8th graders are invited to train with the HS kids after school.

Keep in mind...

Bring a friend: If you are a returning CAC athlete and bring a new athlete to the program for SAL Spring Clinic that has not been part of the team or ever done a clinic, you are entitled to ½ price fees for one of your children.
