Headlines:

Intersquad Meet:
The intersquad meet is a chance for the team to see what to expect at an actual dual meet. It's a fun time for the kids since we'll be swimming against each other, fun, friendly competition.
Start time will be 6 pm, and that is for ALL SWIMMERS, both Blue and Orange groups. We ask that a few parents stay to help time, please.
It is also an opportunity to check our timing/ computer system. If you are scheduled to run either of these, it would be great if you can stay and help with that set up.
Dive Meets:
A parent for each diver will be expected to work each meet, home or away. For home meets CAC will warm up at 5:30. Visiting team will warm up at 6 and the meet will begin at 6:30pm/ Your child must arrive for the 5:30 warm up to dive in the meet.
Swim Meets:
All home meets will have a 10:15 check in time, 10:30 warm up and 11am start.
When you arrive for a meet, your swimmer will check his/her name on the lineup that will be hung on the deck where our team is sitting. Parents volunteers will check in with their rep - Erik for the girls and Renee for the boys. If you are not working that day you'll need to go to the balcony to watch - there are no parents allowed on deck unless they are working.
If your swimmer suddenly cannot make a meet, please contact your rep as soon as possible to let them know. It will delay the start of the meet if we are waiting on a swimmer. If your swimmer is a no-show we will send a warning that it is not accepted and then if it happens again we will charge $25 to the credit card on file. We know that things happen, so if you just give us that heads up there will be no penalty.
We ask that the swimmers stay until the end of the meet to cheer the rest of the team on, even if your swimmer is done with his/her events.
Most of our meets this season are double dual, which means both boys and girls will be at the same meet. When we have an away meet, I will send the address in Sunday's email.
