Holiday Classic Invitational

Here is the information for the next invitational.  I'm hoping our team has enough participants for this so we can attend.  We would like other teams to participate in Odd Age so we should make an effort to attend their fundraisers as well.  Registration is under events on the app or website.  Holiday Classic Invitational 

 

Central Bucks South High School 1100 Folly Road, Warrington, PA 18976 

 

Sunday, December 4th, 2022 

 

Time Session 1 – 10 & Under Warm-up – 8 a.m. Start – 9 a.m. 

Session 2 – 11 & Up Warm-up – 1:00 p.m. Start – 2:00 p.m. 

 

Facility 25 yard, 8 lane pool Eligibility All 14 and under swimmers who are registered members of the SAL are eligible. Age is determined as of October 31, 2022

Entries Swimmers may enter a maximum of five (5) events. Entry fee is $5 per event. All entries must be submitted using Hytek Team Manager Software along with a PDF or Word document of the entries by event and by name.

Deck entries will be accepted if lanes are available and MUST be accompanied by payment – listen for on-deck announcements. 

 

 Awards Medals 1st – 3 rd Ribbons 4 th – 12 th 

 

Workers Teams will be asked to provide volunteers based on the number of entries for that team. Timers, please bring your own watches. Stroke and Turn Officials are requested as well. 

 

Vending Programs will be available for $3. Snack bar, Holiday Classic shirts and swimming equipment/apparel will be available. Complimentary catered lunch will be provided for coaches and officials.
