UPDATE - seems like the practice schedule didn't attach how I'd like it to have so adding attachement of practice schedule.

Hi CAC Members - see below for this week's practice schedule - this is pretty much the schedule till November. Our meets will begin on November 4th - the meet schedule I do not believe is finalized, but it does appear most if not all meets will be dual meets where boys and girls will NOT be at the same location.

Small change to the dive practice schedule - advance and beginner dive practice for Fridays will be 5:30-6:30 for both groups:

If anyone would like to purchase a Centennial Aquatic Club swim cap we sell them for $10 each they can see Jaime or myself.

The swimmers continue to do excellent.
