If you have any qustions around the schedule reach out to your boys, girls or Dive rep ([email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]).

Training for the swim volunteers will be coming.

Dive training information can be found here - https://www.centennialaquaticclub.org/page/news/437083/dive-volunteer-training

Odd Age: just wanted to call everyone's attention to this - we will have additional information coming. But we will need volunteers to assist with this very important fund raiser for CAC. We are going to need support before and during this event.

Swimmer Behavior:

This is very important - we have had some situations with the swimmers leaving the pool deck and being in areas of the school where they are NOT allowed. There have also been issues with swimmers running the hallways before or after practices.

PLEASE talk to your children about not leaving practices and behavior in the hallways. CAC does not own the pool - we are given the opportunity to use the school districts pool at a discounted rate. If behavior like this keeps occurring the district is going to take away our pool usage rights. Swimmers shoudl not be leaving the pool deck during practices and entering other areas. If a swimmer needs to leave during practice they MUST tell a coach. Post and pre practice - there have been swimmers runngin the halls; more oftern then not there are other activities at thsi school and not only does this pose a risk of injury it is also disruptive to the other events occurring.

Generally the swimmers have been doing great but its important to make sure these side behaviors cease. Some swimmers have been told already - consider that your waring - if persistant behavior occurs they will either be asked to leave the club or suspended from the club. And we really don't want to have to do that.

Board Members:

Reminder we are looking fill two board positions - the promotion board poistion is currently open and we will need a boys rep at the end of this season. If you are interested in eitehr of these positions or any positions (elections do occur every year) let me know.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks
