Hi – CAC members

Sorry for the delay of this email. I was away this weekend and had fun little root canal this morning, LOL.

This week will be time trials. Monday will be time trials for the blue group and Tuesday will be the time trials for the orange group. NO orange group practice for Monday and NO blue group practice for Tuesday. Monday’s and Tuesday’s time trials will be from 6:30-8:00. If your swimmer is not able to make it on your group’s night – you can go to the other group’s time trial – just note you will not be swimming with same age swimmers.

The rest of the week will be normal practice hours:

Blue: Wednesday 6-7, Thursday 6-7, Saturday 11-12

Orange: Wednesday 7-8:30, Thursday 7-8:30, Saturday 9:30-11

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dive will end at 6:30 on Monday to accommodate the time trials.

Swim and Dive Meet Information – all meet information will be sent in another email on Wednesday of this week (10/25). 

Odd Age  - more information to come; date is Sunday December 10th - we really will need as much participation in this event as possible.

CAC SPIRITWEAR:

We are trying a new company this year due to the cost increases at Kampus Klothes,

In years past we have used this as a mini fundraiser, usually adding $2 to the cost of each item sold.  This year we have not chosen to do that.  We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the quality and selections.  If there is anything you would like to see added to the store for next year, please let us know.  This is also part of the promotions position on the board. So if this is something you are interested in running next year, please let us know.  

The store will be open until midnight on Halloween, Oct.31st.

Items should arrive before the holidays- so you can use them as gifts.

I will pick them up and hand them out at the pool.  I will send out an email when they arrive.  if you don't want me to hand them to your swimmer/diver, just let me know.

Board Members NEEDED:

Reminder we are looking to fill two board positions - the promotion board position is currently open and we will need a boys rep at the end of this season. If you are interested in either of these positions or any positions (elections do occur every year) let me know.
