Hi CAC families! – We are almost through our season. Sorry for the late cancellation of the boys swim meet; it has already been rescheduled for this week – see details below under upcoming meets.

Champs is right around the corner – please see details below under championships.

The board is meeting this week to go over what if any options for extend swim and other upcoming activities – expect details in next week’s communication.

We are still seeking a volunteer to be the boys' rep. This is really important – please let me know if you are interested – this is a NECESSARY position for next year. Also, if there are other positions that you are interested in running for the board, let me know.

Dive:

Boys – Franky Simek had a great meet and took 1^st place in his age group.

Girls – Charlotte Schofield brought a lot of team spirit to our last meet and really pulled the team together as a whole.

Swimming:

Girls – Swimmer of this weekend’s meet against CBST goes out to Juliana Janos. She had an amazing lead off backstroke helping her relay get first. She also swam the butterfly for the first time and got second place, if there was another five feet she probably could’ve won. Congratulations on having a great swim meet.

UPCOMING CHAMPIONSHIPS

If a swimmer makes the League championship a coach will reach out to you after the seed meeting later this week. The date for the League Championship is 1/28.

For division championship, please see the email from Laura around gathering your availability - Division Champs Availability Form. Everyone who does not qualify for League champs is invited to participate in the division championship.
