Hi CAC families! – This is CHAMPS week (dive and division champs). What a great season so far. For the champs if a swimmer needs a ride let the reps or myself know – there are some families with both boy and girl swimmers that may need an assist.

Announcements:

Our end of the year party will be Monday February 5^th 6-8. We will be meeting in the cafeteria. We will have snacks and drinks, but if families want to bring something to eat for themselves, they may. After the café the pool will be open for families for free swim. Parents must be always in the water with small children.
We are still seeking a volunteer to be the boys' rep. This is important – please let me know if you are interested – this is a NECESSARY position for next year. Also, if there are other positions that you are interested in running for the board, let me know.
Extended swim – we should know within the next few days if we will be able to offer this. We are trying to make sure we have enough available coaches for this – if anyone knows someone available for coaching, please let the board know.

Boys – From coach Geoff: The boys swimmer of the meet was Luke Latona. He gave every swim his all yesterday, dropping over 10 seconds in his 200 IM and 3 seconds in his 100 back. Great swim Luke!

Warm-up: 11:15 AM (first warm-up)

League championship is on 1/28 at North Penn high school. Boys meet is at 9:00; girls meet is at 3:15 – once we have more information (like warmup times, etc) we will pass that along.

Big Shout out to Brayden Haar for qualifying for 3 different events at the league championship and Quinlan Halpin for qualifying for 1 event.
